For the month of August, every Creemore Springs Lager beer bought at Calgary's Ship and Anchor pub sent one dollar to Bow Riverkeeper and gave Ship and Anchor patrons the chance to win a sleek new canoe from Mountain Equipment Co-op.

The month-long event gave Bow Riverkeeper a chance to promote its Friend of the Bow water conservation program.
