Join us on Monday, September 17th for an engaging and informative public forum, including a panel and a presentation, on water management issues, both here in Alberta and across the border. Celebrate the launch of Eau Canada: The Future of Canada's Water published in 2007 by UBC press and edited by Karen Bakker, director of the Program on Water Governance at the University of British Columbia. In this timely book, 27 contributors discuss contemporary water management and governance in Canada and solutions for protecting this vitally important resource. Mix and mingle with book contributors as well as grant recipients and advisors of the Foundation's Fresh Water Resources Protection Programme.
